The office is managed by Rob Loyd, the resident Director, who is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He is assisted by Maddie and Emma; and his co-Director is Andy Pounsberry, a Fellow of the National Association, who “holds the fort” whenever Rob is unavailable.
Rob and Andy, who have spent over forty-five years in the business between them, are both experienced local estate agents with an extensive knowledge of all property-related matters.
In addition to selling and letting property in Kingsteignton and the Newton Abbot surrounds, we can provide details of other West Country properties through the team Network of over 75 independent computer-linked estate agents.
